I hope this finds you warm and planning something fun in the sun! I've been back from Mexico almost 3 months now. This is the longest non-Mexico stint I've had in close to 2.5 years. It's been an adjustment to say the least. After trying to make this cross cultural, language barrier, long distance relationship work, I called it quits. I'll spare you the details. Well, in actuality I am still not talking about it as more often than not I will burst in to tears. But guess what? This isn't my first rodeo. :) That doesn't mean I enjoy this stabbing pain in my chest. I know I will survive. I'm reminded that no matter what handsome trouble maker enters into my life, I have the best friends and family anyone could ever ask for! In other news: Painting - I'm back to painting a bit! Taking classes with Alexander again has been great! So glad the painting gods hadn't left me. Jewelry - I am working hard making more lovely things!
